When we created Bespoke, we wanted to take the best flavors from our restaurant Sunday in Soho and combine them with cutting-edge nutrition science and the convenience to enjoy these dishes at home, the office or on-the-go. We’ve tested these recipes over and over, ate them cold, reheated them and tried out different packaging options to come up with an offering that is simultaneously delicious, nutrient-dense and convenient.
We fervently believe that flavor is nutrition; it is vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, enzymes and energy. Our dishes are inspired by global flavors and use an abundance of spices, herbs, fresh produce and quality ingredients that increase both nutrient content and enjoyment.
